RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel beautiful and comfortable in your No Drama Mama dress. If it isn’t the right fit, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another available size or style.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to exchange your item for another available size or style. Because we work with reclaimed and vintage textiles in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the same fabric or style will remain available.

If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will work with you to select another available item or receive a refund.
